Pistachio
Aleppo is known for its pistachios. We supply sorted kernels, roasted and crushed pistachios, paste and butter, with grades selected for your application.
Peanut
Peanut was our first line and remains one of our largest by volume. Available raw, roasted, crushed and milled, with butter produced on dedicated lines.
Sesame
Sesame runs through the same sorting, roasting and milling capability as our nut streams, finishing in tahini and in traditional sesame confectionery.
Hazelnut
Hazelnuts are available raw, roasted and crushed, as well as in creams and ground preparations for confectionery and bakery applications.
Coconut
Our coconut range includes finished confections with assorted fillings and flavours, supplied in 4 kg cartons for distributors and food service.
