Aleppo has processed pistachio for generations. We work the full range — from sorted whole kernels through to milled paste — across three grade levels, and it is the stream most of our customers come to us for.

The stream we started with.
Peanut was our first line and remains one of our largest by volume. Available raw, roasted, crushed and milled, with butter produced on dedicated lines.

Sesame runs through the same sorting, roasting and milling capability as our nut streams, finishing in tahini and in traditional sesame confectionery.
