Product specifications
Specifications are issued per product against your application rather than published as generic sheets. Tell us the product and the intended use and we will send the relevant detail.
Common questions
Are you certified?
Not yet. We do not hold a GFSI-benchmarked certification at present and we will not imply otherwise. Our certification roadmap is published on the Quality page. If certification is a hard requirement for your business, tell us now.
Can you trace product back to the farm?
Not currently. We purchase through established suppliers in the Aleppo region and are building direct grower relationships. Traceability to individual farms is an objective, not a present capability.
What is your capacity?
20 tonnes per month per stream on a single shift, up to 45 tonnes on two shifts. Our paste and butter lines run 15–20 tonnes per month across all streams.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and pack format. For a first or trial run we are usually more flexible than a published figure would suggest. Ask us with your specific product in mind.
Can you match a sample or a competitor product?
Usually. Send us the reference and describe the application. We will work up a sample adjusting roast, grind and blend, and tell you honestly if we cannot get there.
Do you export?
We have not yet shipped outside Syria. We are preparing export documentation and can discuss requirements for regional markets. We will be straightforward with you about what we have and have not done before.
How quickly do you respond?
Same working day for enquiries received during business hours. Sample lead time depends on the product and is confirmed when we agree the specification.
